Event Navigation
You can attend one, two or all three workshops – but they will all follow the same pattern and won’t have a specific geographic focus or theme. The timings have also been varied from our usual 4.30 start, to give a wider range of people a chance to join us:
- Tuesday 11 May – 4.30pm
- Thursday 13 May – 6.30pm
- Wednesday 19 May – 2.30pm
We’ll be diving into the future 25 years ahead to explore through our imaginations how we want the River Culm and its tributaries to be, in the face of climate change and the biodiversity crisis. What does the future that we hope for look like? And what needs to change for us to achieve it?
Rob Hopkins, Transition Totnes founder and author of “What If?”, will be facilitating each workshop whilst a local artist will be on hand to capture our ideas in a series of images. These workshops will then lead into our June Forum event where we’ll share the outcomes and launch the next stage of the Blueprint process: working on action plans that will make our vision a reality!
The workshops are open to all, regardless of your previous involvement with the Connecting the Culm project.
