Butterfly Conservation are looking for volunteers to help clear vegetation at Little Breach reserve. Tasks include raking and cutting back scrub. If you have a rake or general cutting tools please bring them, though some will be available on the day.

Please wear sturdy footwear, clothing suitable for the weather and work gloves if you have them.

Meet at the end of the lane leading to Purchas Farm at ST 108 154. Leave the M5 at junction 27 and take the A38 towards Wellington. After about 3 miles, just after passing over the M5, turn right onto the B3391 signposted Culmstock/Hemyock. After 1.1 miles turn left, signposted Woodgate/Culmstock Beacon. Continue for 0.7 mile, going straight across 2 sets of crossroads and passing a ‘no through road’ sign and park where you can at the end of the lane. From here it is about 0.5 mile to the site at ST 115 155.
