Join us on this free course to learn about what butterflies are found in the Blackdown Hills AONB- both rare and common and an exploration of the Mount Fancy Butterfly Conservation reserve with the its wardens. Investigate the habitats which support these butterfly communities and learn how they are managed to promote these species. We will also be learning some of the basics of becoming a butterfly surveyor with the opportunity to get more involved with this if you’d like to. This event is open to all levels of experience.
