Free nature and wellbeing course
An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Thursday, repeating until Thursday 19 May 2022
Learn new skills, be outside, meet new people and feel better! These inspiring six-week courses explore the ‘five pathways to nature connectedness’ contact, beauty, emotion, compassion and meaning. You will learn self-care techniques including nature-based mindfulness, sit-spots and gratitude, and have the opportunity to try activities such as natural crafts, outdoor cooking, and practical conservation.
