Restoring the millpond wall at Coldharbour Mill
Neroche Conservation Volunteers will be carrying out a trail renovation of the millpond wall as part of a major new restoration project on the old millpond and surrounding grounds of the historic Coldharbour Mill, Uffculme, a major conservation project supported by Blackdown Hills Natural Futures. Volunteering at Young Wood community woodland
The group will be generally improving the site facilities for use by groups spending time in the forest for bush-craft and wood-crafts. We are aiming to improve habitats for wildlife, manage woodland in a traditional way, and improve the infrastructure of simple shelters and workspaces on the site.
