Because cattle get moved around regularly, it is difficult to identify which routes will go through cattle-grazed areas at any given time. A walk which brings you into direct contact with livestock one week, could be a cattle-free walk the next. So, it’s good to be prepared and know what to do if you come across a field of livestock.
