Give us some welly!

Spend time in the Blackdown Hills and you’ll know Wellington boots and waterproofs are must-have items!

We want as many people to enjoy the area as possible, but not everyone owns wellies and waterproof clothing, and kids grow out of them fast. 

As part of our Nature and Wellbeing project, we’re hoping to lend out wellies and waterproofs to those taking part in our group activities, to help more people enjoy the Blackdown Hills AONB.

So, if you’ve got any wellies, raincoats or rain trousers that are in good condition but that you no longer use (adult or child sizes) please bring them along to our office in Hemyock. (It’s a good idea to call beforehand on 01823 680 681 to check the office is open.)
