Blackdown Hills Management Plan review
Tell us what you think
We are now inviting comments on the draft Management Plan for Blackdown Hills National Landscape 2025-2030.
Every five years, we create a Management Plan to help guide the work and activities of all organisations, groups and individuals with a responsibility or interest in the Blackdown Hills National Landscape.
The Management Plan sets out the ambitions and approach for managing the Blackdown Hills National Landscape.
If you wish to submit feedback on our management plan, please do so by completing the survey by 5pm on 4 March 2025.
Feedback on our draft Management Plan
Such a special place requires careful and considered management by all those who have a responsibility towards it, with the purpose of our designation being to conserve and enhance the natural beauty of the area.
This plan aims to balance conservation with community needs, ensuring the Blackdown Hills remain a vibrant and sustainable landscape for future generations
Over the last couple of years we have been carrying out a review of the existing management plan to identify the key issues and opportunities that need to be addressed, and the focus for partnership action over the next plan period.
