Walking is great for health and happiness. This programme of volunteer-led health walks offer a chance to explore the outdoors, get to know the local area, have a chat and meet new friends. Anyone can turn up and join in – it is free, fun and friendly.

Please wear suitable clothing and walking shoes, and bring a water bottle especially in warm weather.

Grade 3: Walk may include steeper slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and stiles. Approximately 45-90 minutes.
