Claire Viner telling stories from the River Culm

An evening of cosy, warm Stories of the Culm, featuring dragons, floods, doves, cider and much more!

Pull up a chair with your favourite beverage by the Stoke Canon Inn’s log burner and listen to Clare Viner, author of The Emerald Dragon, explore the River Culm through myths, legends and realities. Clare fuses these together to paint a unique picture of the Culm landscape.

Due to Covid, please let Clare know by emailing clareviner@googlemail.com whether you intend to attend, just so we can keep an eye on numbers ahead of the evening to make things easier on the door.
