Join local botanist David Allen on a guided walk, in search of wild mushrooms.

This wild walk of approximately two hours will give you a chance to learn how to identify mushrooms and toadstools and find out about their ecology.

The fungi foray at Young Wood is wilder than the other fungi forays, based at a camp in the woods where, after a walk, you join in cooking a selection of wild mushrooms on an open fire.
